These are held in the TenantAdmins group which can be modified by:

- Opening MS 365 Admin centre
- Click on Roles then Role Assignments
- Click on Global Administrator and a panel will open on the right
- Click on the Assigned tab in the panel to see your current list of Global Administrators. They will also be informed of any security alerts produced by Microsoft Defender
