- <span style="font-size: 12pt;">On the setup screen where it asks you to connect to the internet, press Shift + F10 to bring up the command prompt.</span>
- OOBE\\BYPASSNRO \[ENTER\]

The system will restart and you will see an option to continue without internet connection
