This is useful if you've received a phone back from a user and they have not handed over their PIN.

• Power off the phone
• Hold the volume up key and power key together until the device powers on
• Using the volume up/down keys, move to Wipe Data and press the power key to enter
• Confirm the erase twice, then the phone will be wiped
• Finally, use the keys to reboot, choosing reboot to system
